We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the unbreakable spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

A Heavy Blanket of Insomnia

Insomnia can be heavy weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, fighting for sleep to come. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity ridden anxieties and exhaustion. This pervasive state of wakefulness becomes a prisoner in your own bed.

Aching for Sweet Oblivion

The clutch of oblivion was a siren's call, a searing promise of rest. To fade in its embrace was to silence the incessant cacophony of existence. The world's sharp edges dissolved under the influence of its sweetness.
